virtual and in-person workshops for

Parents and Caregivers

Show up for your teen in a way that actually gets through

Virtual and in-person workshops to help parents and caregivers be better prepared for tough conversations, led by a licensed social worker who’s spent 15+ years working with teens.

A parent and a teen engaged in a serious conversation in a cozy room, sitting on a bed. The parent is wearing glasses and a white sweater, and the teen is wearing a green shirt and jeans, with a wall of photographs behind them.

Parents and caregivers are vital to healthy adolescent development. But they rarely get the support they actually need.

Whether you’re entering the teen years for the first time, or you’ve been at it for a while and something still isn’t clicking, you deserve more than generic advice and hope.

My workshops are interactive, grounded in what actually works, and (gasp!) even enjoyable. You won't just sit and listen. You'll connect with other parents, explore real scenarios, and walk away with strategies you can use right away.

Parent education topics

These workshops are perfect for PTAs, parenting groups, faith communities, therapy practices, and wherever else parents and caregivers gather. Each one is adapted to fit your group's needs and the developmental stage of your teens.

Meet Kaleigh

I'm a licensed clinical social worker with 15+ years of experience supporting teens and the adults who care about them. My workshops are interactive, practical, and built on a both/and approach that honors both the challenges and the joys of the teen years.

Through my engaging, practical workshops, I help parents better understand what their teens are going through and provide realistic strategies to support them, without the fear-mongering or out-of-touch advice that doesn't translate to real life.

My workshops will leave you feeling more confident, more connected to your teen, and equipped with tools that actually work.

What parents are saying

— parent client

“Awesome information, both as a parent of teens and a professional working with youth.”

— parent client

“I’m excited to explore the questions we talked about with my teen! Kaleigh thought of things to ask I hadn’t ever considered. I’m particularly excited for my teen to determine her own boundaries - so empowering for her!”
